Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to respondent No. 2/ Commissioner, Prayagraj Mandal, Prayagraj to decide the Revision No. 1190/2023, Computerized Case No. C202302000001190 within specific period as directed by this Hon'ble court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Revision No. 1190/2023 is pending before respondent No. 2 since long, but till date no decision has been taken. Lastly, it is submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the same within a stipulated time, for which learned standing counsel has no objection. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 2- Commissioner, Prayagraj Mandal
