Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the Case No. 3667 of 2021, computerized case no. T2021180203667 under Section 38(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before him." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Case No. 3667 of 2021 is pending before respondent No. 2 since long, but till date no decision has been taken. Lastly, it is submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the same within a stipulated time, for which learned standing counsel has no objection. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 2- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Khair, Aligarh to decide the Case No. 3667 of 20
