The present petition has been filed seeking to assail an order dated 1.2.2023, passed by the respondent no.3, the Upziladhikari (Judicial), Tehsil Bidhuna, District Auraiya, in Case no. RST/2918/2017 [State Vs. Namo Narayan and Others], under Section 38(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, and the subsequent order dated 1.9.2025, passed by the respondent no.2, in the appeal filed thereagainst. Counsel for the State respondents and the counsel for the respondent Gram Sabha have pointed out that against the order passed in appeal, the petitioners would have a further statutory legal remedy, and in view thereof the present writ
