Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to respondent No. 2 to decide the Case No. T-202517630417969, under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before him at earliest within some specified period as specified by this Hon'ble court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Case No. T-202517630417969, is pending before respondent No. 2 since long, but till date no decision has been taken. Lastly, it is submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the same within a stipulated time, for which learned standing counsel has no objection. 4.
