Learned standing counsel has raised preliminary objection and submitted that present petition is not maintainable as petitioner is having remedy to file civil suit. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact and submitted that present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to approach competent court by filing civil suit. 4.
