Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "I). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to respondent No. 2/ Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bindki, Fatehpur to decide expeditiously the Computerized Case No. T202302250203008, Case No. 3008 of 2023 under Section 116 of U.P.
