Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 2 to decide the application of the petitioner for changing status of the petitioner from bhumidhar with non-transferable right to bhumidhar with transferable right in respect of Khata No. 207 Khasra No. 221 me Area 0.2530 situated in Village- Baharmandpur, Pargana-Dasna, Tehsil-Dhaulna, Hapur, within stipulated period." 3.
