Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 2/Up-Ziladhikar Madhuban, Mau to decide Case No. T202515510304907, within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that aforesaid case is pending since long, therefore, direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest, for which learned counsels for respondents have no objection. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, maximum, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the partie
