Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State-respondents. 2. Learned standing counsels has raised preliminary objection and submitted that petitioner is having alternative remedy to file application under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, therefore, petition may be dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. 3. I have perused Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which clearly provides filing of application, therefore, writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy with liberty to petitioner to approach appropriate forum, if so desired.
