Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for State-respondents and Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel for respondent no. 4. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 3/Sub-Divisional Magistrate to decide application dated 10.10.2025, within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that aforesaid application is pending since long, therefore, direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest, for which learned counsels for respondents have no objection. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 3 to decide the aforesaid application, in accordance with law, maximum, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and without grant
