Learned counsels for respondents have raised preliminary objection and submitted that petitioner is having alternative remedy to file appeal under section under Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, therefore, petition may be dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. 3. I have perused Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which clearly provides filing of appeal, therefore, writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy with liberty to petitioner to file appeal, if so desired.
