Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Naib Tehsildar Rampur, Tehsil Maniyahu, District Jaunpur, to decide Case No.T202314360607058 (Smt. Urmila Devi vs. Ramjeet) under Section 34 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, and the 'case summary' copies whereof have been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to respondent
