Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Tehsildar, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj, to decide mutation case, bearing Case No.2170 of 2016 (Vishwambhar Nath vs. Sukkhu Lal) under Section 34 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned.
