The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to Respondent No. 4- Up Ziladhikari, Phoolpur, Prayagraj to decide the Case No. 23967 of 2025 (Ram Narayan vs. State of U.P. and others), under Section 144 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the State-respondents submits that pursuant to the previous order instructions have been received from the concerned respondent indicating therein that the next date fixed is 01.01.2026, and that efforts are being made for deciding the case at an early date.
