The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2, Tehsildar Rath, District Hamirpur to decide Case No.443 of 2025 (Veerpal and another Vs. Jagannath), under Section 34 of UP Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the order sheet of the case, a copy whereof has been annexed with the writ petition to submit that despite several dates having being fixed, the matter is being adjourned for some reason or the other and the delay in disposal of the matter is causing undue hardship to the petitioner.
