The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.3, the Assistant Collector/Tehsildar, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj, to decide an application dated 21.11.2025 stated to have been filed seeking correction of certain errors in the revenue records. Counsel for the State respondents submits that in regard to the grievance sought to be raised, the petitioner would have to initiate regular proeedings as per the statutory procedure and an application filed on the administrative side, in this regard, cannot be entertained.
