Heard Sri Shivank Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2, to decide an application dated 30.9.2025, stated to have been filed before the concerned respondent authority, seeking enforcement of an order dated 19.9.2025, passed in Case No.248 of 2023 [Smt. Priyanka Vs. Jaswant and Others], under Section 134 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. It is submitted that the suit filed under Section 134 having been decreed, in case the petitioner the petitioner is desirous of seeking its enforcement, he has to initiate proceedings for execution and the same cannot done by seeking intervention of respondent authorities on the administrative side. Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid legal position
