The present petition has been filed seeking to assail an order dated 8.12.2024 passed by the respondent no.3 in Case No. 01953 of 2021, under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, and the subsequent order dated 30.6.2025, passed by the respondent no.2, in the appeal filed thereagainst. The principal ground which counsel for the petitioners has sought to urge is that the constructions of the petitioner are standing over an old existing abadi, and that he would be entitled for settlement in terms of provisions under Section 67A of the U.P.
