The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No. 2, the Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil Sagari, District Azamgarh, to decide Case No.3220 of 2024 [Ramesh and Another Vs. Jhinaki Devi], under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioners has referred to the 'order sheet' and the 'case summary' of the case, copies whereof have been appended to the writ petition, to point out that although several dates have been fixed, but for some reason or the other, the matter is being adjourned and the delay in disposal of the case is causing undue hardship to the petitioners.
