The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2 - Nayab Tehsildar (Gaur), Tehsil Harraiya, District Basti to decide Case No. 4594 of 2022 (Abdul Rahman vs. Bashir Mohammad @ Bashir Ali), under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned.
