The present petition has been filed primarily seeking to raise a grievance that the private respondents alongwith others have illegally dispossessed the petitioner from land bearing Gata No. 220, situate in Faridpur, Tehsil Faridpur, District Bareilly. The petitioner is stated to have filed a representation dated 05.08.2025 in this regard before the respondent no.2, District Magistrate, Bareilly, seeking a direction to remove the alleged illegal possession of the private respondents over the land which petitioner claims to be his own.
