The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2- Additional Commissioner (Administration), Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh to decide Case No. 360 of 2024 (Dharamveer vs. Ramashish), under Section 210 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, arising out of proceedings under Section 29/41, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned.
