The present petition has been filed seeking to assail the order dated 07.01.2025 passed by the Collector, Deoria in Case No. 475 of 2022, under Section 66 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and for some ancillary reliefs. It is not disputed that the order impugned would be subject to a further statutory legal remedy and in view thereof this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
