The present petition has been filed seeking to assail the notice dated 18.11.2025 issued by the respondent no.4 and for a further direction to respondent-authorities to permit the petitioner to continue to operate the fishery lease granted in his favour on 27.05.2025 over Gata No. 525/1 situate at village Rooppur Tandola, Tehsil Thakurdwara, District Moradabad. In terms of the impugned notice, the petitioner has been directed to deposit the balance amount due towards the lease within a specified time period. Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed that the amount in question is due from the petitioner.
