Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record. Heard Sri Shivam Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Dinesh Kumar Tiwari and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2, the Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil-Aonla, district- Bareilly, to decide the Suit No. 4466/2018 [Shivram Singh Vs. Ranvir Singh], under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition and supplementary affidavit, to point out that although several dates have been fixed, but for some reason or the other, the matter is being adjourned and the delay in disposal of the case is causing undue hardship to the petitioner
