The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2, the Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Shahabganj, District Chandauli to decide Case No. RST/3694 of 2023 (Marachhi Devi vs. Chanchala Devi), under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned.
