The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2 to decide an application of the petitioner dated 03.11.2025 stated to be pending before the said respondent. By means of the aforestated application, regarding which a direction is sought the petitioner seeks possession of land bearing Arazi No. 16 situate in village Tekardhe, Tehsil Mariyahu, District Jaunpur which is stated to have been allotted to him on 03.11.2025.
