The present petition has been filed seeking to assail the notice dated 25.10.2025 (RC Form 20) issued by respondent no.4 - Tehsildar, Tehsil Mariyahu, District Jaunpur, under Rule 67(2) and Rule 67 (5) of U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016. The petitioner has not disputed that the notice has been issued in exercise of statutory powers under Section 67 (1), initiating the proceedings. Counsel for the State-respondents submits that the petitioners would have adequate opportunity to respond to the notice and raise their objections and upon the said objections being filed, the same would be duly considered
