The present petition has been filed seeking to assail the order dated 07.11.2025 passed by the respondent no.2 in case no. 4400 of 2019 (Arjun Vs. Jiyut Bandhan), under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901. It is not disputed that the order impugned would be subject to further statutory legal remedy and in view thereof this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
