The present petition has been filed seeking to assail the order dated 29.04.2025 passed by the respondent no.2 in Case No. 4864 of 2025, under Section 38(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Counsel for the petitioner after making submissions to some extent does not dispute that the order impugned passed under Section 38 (2), would be subject to further statutory legal remedy. Learned counsel, therefore, submits that he does not wish to press the petition and that the petitioner would take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
