The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 10-Up Ziladhikari, Soraon, District- Prayagraj, to decide the Case No.491 of 2016 [Punni Lal Vs. Ram Pal and Others], under Section 176 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period.
