T20251765010061 of 2024 (Jhinnu Prasad and others vs. Javed and others), arising out of proceedings under Section 35(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioners has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned.
