The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2 - Naib Tehsildar Ramnagar, Tehsil Bhanpur, District Basti to decide Case No. 1068 of 2022 (Ram Sagar and others vs. Bhusi), under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioners has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioners. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to conclude the proceedings at an early date. Having regard to
