The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2, the Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur to decide the appeal no. C202505000001066 of 2025 (Udaybhan vs. Ganesh), under Section 24(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned.
