The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent- authorities for demarcation and survey of certain land parcels situate in village Chachupur Jatpur and village Katri Nivalpur, Tehsil Amritpur/Sadar, District Farrukhabad. Representations are stated to have been submitted before the respondent- authorities in regard to land parcels which the petitioner claims to be of his own. Counsel for the petitioner after making submissions to some extent has not disputed that in regard to the grievance sought to be raised, the petitioner would have a statutory legal remedy.
