Heard Sri Dinesh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amit Gautam, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Nizamabad, District Azamgarh, to decide Case No.6617 of 2023 (Arvind Yadav and another vs. Javed Ahmad) under Section 35 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to respondent No.2, to conclude the proceedings at an early date.
