The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.3, the Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil-Tamkuhiraj, District-Kushinagar, to decide the Case No. T202405440307972 [Smt. Chhaya Devi Vs. Sri Kishun alias Ram Kushun], under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period.
