Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.1-Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj, to decide Case/Appeal No.01/2011-12, under Section 331 (3) of the U P Z A & L R Act, 1950, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'case summary' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned.
