The present petition has been filed seeking to assail an order dated 28.08.2024 passed by the respondent no.3 in Case No. 10663 of 2023, under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, and the subsequent order dated 25.10.2024, passed by the respondent no.2, in the appeal filed thereagainst.
