Present petition has been filed, seeking to assail an order dated 28.4.2025 passed by respondent no.2 in Case No.7303 of 2024 (Kushum Devi vs. Abdul and others) under Section 134 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006. It is not disputed that the aforesaid order would be subject to further statutory legal remedy and in view thereof, present petition would not be entertainable. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioners to take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
