The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2, the Additional Commissioner, Saharanpur Division, Saharanpur, to decide an application dated 20.9.2025 seeking stay, in appeal bearing Case No. 1958 of 2025 [Maya Devi Vs. Bal Kishan and Others], under Section 24(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. A further prayer has been made for deciding the appeal itself at an early date.
