The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No. 3, the Up-Ziladhikari, Tehsil Budhanpur, District Azamgarh, to decide a Suit bearing Case No. 188/2007-2008 (Computerized Case No.T201615060603671, [Usha Singh and Another Vs. Rama Devi], under Section 229-B of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act, 1950, within a stipulated time period. Petitioner has asserted himself to be a defendant in the suit.
