The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2 - Tehsildar, Tehsil Hata, District Kushinagar to decide Case No. 2576 of 2025, [Abhishek Kumar Baranwal vs. Akram Ali), under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned.
