The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2 - Tehsildar, Tehsdil Sakaldiha, District Chandauli to decide Case No. 2392 of 2025 (Gudiya Singh vs. Vijay), under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, copies whereof has been appended along with the writ petition and also the supplementary affidavit to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned.
