Heard Sri Shrawan Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S P Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents. Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Up Zila Adhikari (Judicial), Tehsil Harriya, District Basti, to decide appeal no.4130/2024 (Sukhdev and others vs. Ram Suresh and others) arising out of the proceedings under Section 34 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to re
