Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent- authorities to enter the name of the petitioners in the revenue records as bhumidhar with transferable rights in respect of the land, bearing Gata No.1354, situate in Village Kisharwal, Tehsil Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat. Learned counsel appearing for the State-respondents submits that pursuant to the previous order dated 28.11.2025, instructions dated 3.12.2025 have been received from respondent no.3, indicating therein that in regard to the claim made by the petitioners, a report was called for from respondent no.4-Tehsildar, Tehsil Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat, whereupon respondent no.3-Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat ha
