The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2, the District Magistrate, District- Mirzapur, to decide the appeal bearing Case No. 244 of 2025 [Vinod Singh and others Vs. State of U.P. and other], under Section 67(5) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. A further prayer has been made for deciding the stay application said to have been filed in the appeal also within a stipulated time period.
