The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No.3, the Additional Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Kaushambi, to decide the Case No. D202402420000923, [Mahesh Prasad Chaurasia Vs. Avdhesh Kumar Another], under Section 66 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition, to point out that although several dates have been fixed, but for some reason or the other, the matter is being adjourned and the delay in disposal of the case is causing undue hardship to the petitioner.
