The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.3, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sagri, District Azamgarh, to make measurement of certain land parcels, which the petitioner claims to be his own. Learned counsel submits that representations, in this regard, have been submitted before the administrative authorities. Counsel for the State respondents has pointed out that the allegations, in the representations, which are stated to have been filed, are against certain private persons, from which it transpires that there exists a private dispute.
