The present petition has been filed seeking to assail the order dated 15.5.2025, passed by the respondent No. 2, the Additional Collector (Judicial) Fatehpur, District Fatehpur, in Case No. 392 of 2025, [Narendra Lodhi and Others Vs. Smt. Durga and Others], under Section 30(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In terms of the order impugned, the case filed by the petitioners under Section 30(2), has been dismissed, assigning reasons that the petitioners had not taken necessary steps for service of summons on the respondents, and also that they had not adduced sufficient evidence in support of their case.
